Each mentorship session takes place in-person in the West Village, or online. I learn about you, your mind, and provide tailored sessions to help you in your life.
Together, we progress through the stages of meditation, and you develop resiliency, inner peace, and joy on your way to becoming a being that can truly love and serve the world.
Training the mind happens through a relationship with a teacher and a process of practice. This container is most potent when we meet for an hour at least once per week, over an extended period of time.
