What if I have never done a silent meditation retreat before?
You are absolutely in the right place. A silent retreat is a life-changing experience, and you will gain profound insights that will benefit your life. You are in incredible hands with expert care, holding and guiding your mind through the experience. While participants will be in silence, the teachers will be helping you move your mind every step of the way.
What does a silent retreat look like?
On day one, we will all connect in community, meet each other, and help you get settled into the retreat! Days two through seven, you will be guided to transition into silence. This helps you have deeper insights into your mind, which can profoundly positively impact the rest of your life. Day 8 we will come out of silence, connect, and share our experiences in community, and gracefully transition out of retreat!
