A refreshing half-day meditation retreat right in the heart of NYC!
On the first Sunday of the month, we gather in the West Village to practice meditation in community. You can expect sitting meditation, walking meditation, a guided and held experience. This is great for new meditators to learn proper technique, and advanced meditators looking to advance their practice through the nine stages of meditation and connect with like-minded people. Afterwards, we have community connection, coffee + tea, and brunch!
